Delivery Information

Eligible Return Requests

• Raise the request within 4 days after delivery.
• Eligible issues are manufacturing defect, damage, or an incorrect product.
• Keep original tags and packaging, and record a clear, unedited unpacking video.
• Exclusions and all other policy conditions continue to apply.

Garment Care

Always follow the sewn-in garment care label first. For general ethnic-wear care:

• Washing: hand wash in cold water with a mild detergent.
• Drying: dry in shade and avoid prolonged direct sunlight.
• Ironing: iron on low heat from the reverse side.
• Storage: store clean and dry in a cool, ventilated place.
• Embroidery: handle embellished areas gently and avoid friction.

Note: Do not bleach. Dry clean only when specified on the garment label.
